Job title: regional GTM specialist

Report to: Regional GTM Manager (locate in Shanghai, China)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with import and export teams of each country on daily fire fighting cases of carriers, brokers and forwarding agents,
Resolve complex issues that have been escalated and expedite solutions with customers, vendors (shippers) and forwarding agents.
SOP - Investigating regional operations activity to record compliance-relevant processes, unify cross regional practice on intercompany transactions
Broker management – KPI tracking and regular meeting with brokers on operations
Record keeping administration – work with brokers and import / export processors for document filling ensure a smooth subsequent internal audit
Team work including: Preferential duty calculation, sanction party screening, Letter of credit checking
A continual review and interpretation of regulatory requirements to manage compliance associated with import and export activity.
Accountable for taking necessary steps to ensure all levels of the organization are aware of Solenis commitment to comply with all government regulatory requirements.
Support supply chain and commercial team strategy, work with all functional teams to communicate Solenis and government policies to ensure comply with regulatory requirements is being met.
Act as the liaison to the organization on matters to import and export compliance.
Successful Profile:
Bachelor’s degree with major in global trade/supply chain is preferred
Min. 8 years' experience and knowledge of import-export regulatory requirements;
Knowledge and understanding of Asia Pacific Customs practices and procedures;
SAP system, compliance and process management skills a plus;
Must be: able to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios; detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
Proactive attitude, good communication skills, full knowledge on supply chain activities
Chemical background and HS code classification experience are preferred
Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing
