Your main duties
Application of Human Factors and Ergonomics at all phases of development, from concept definition through to design and testing
Planning and execution of formative and summative user-centered research studies into areas such as: human behavior, cognitive performance, physiological condition, user comfort and experience, usability
Application of qualitative and quantitative user testing methods in simulated and real-world environments
Design of human factors methods and techniques applicable to the development of future vehicles and other transport solutions
Creation of user level specifications of products and systems based upon insights from studies around human needs
Development and implementation of extensive evaluation programs for testing of user interactions with autonomous driving systems
Collaborating with clients and partners for work on multi-stakeholder projects
Customer engagement
