Position: Major Tasks
Cooperate with the central government to be responsible for the market access of medical consumables products within the region; Carry out the preliminary preparation of the bidding work according to the company's system, and assist in the preparation of the bidding work and related materials;
Grasp the key links in the bidding, and achieve the goal of winning the product bid in the tracking, entry, quotation, and distribution of the whole process after the issuance of the bidding announcement;
Acquisition and maintenance of medical insurance codes; Dynamically maintain the product information database, collect and analyze product access data; Responsible for projects such as Sunshine Network, Provincial and Municipal Standards, VBP, etc., and participate in key links such as policy influence, policy interpretation, product market analysis, bidding strategy decision, and product information declaration.
Responsible for provincial price charges in the region, understand the laws and regulations related to the medical device industry, and lead the government affairs related work such as various procurement platforms for medical insurance prices;
In terms of specificaccess projects, it can clearly map important decision-making customers, and if necessary, engage relevant customers, sort out the solution path of access, and organize and coordinate the resources of all parties to achieve the goal;
Establish and maintain customer relationships with government departments such as medical insurance bureaus and public resource trading centers in the region;

配合中央政府負責本區域內醫療耗材/處方藥產品的市場準入；根據公司制度開展招投標工作的前期準備，協助招投標工作及相關材料的準備；
把握招投標關鍵環節，在招標公告發布后的跟蹤、入圍、報價及配送的全過程中，實現產品中標目標；
醫保編碼的獲取與維護；動態維護產品信息數據庫，收集并分析產品準入數據； 負責陽光采集網、省市標準、VBP 等項目，并參與政策影響、政策解讀、產品市場分析、招標策略決策及產品信息申報等關鍵環節。。
負責區域內省級定價工作，了解醫療器械行業相關法律法規，并主導與各類醫保價格采購平臺相關的政府事務工作；
在具體的準入項目方面，能夠清晰描繪重要決策客戶，如果必要，參與相關客戶交流，梳理準入解決方案路徑，并組織協調各方資源以達成目標；
建立并維護與區域內醫保局、公共資源交易中心等政府部門的客戶關系
