1. Lead to Planning, developing and implementation of all written Processes for new model introduction and model year changes.
主導工藝團隊編寫所有的新車型及年型車的工藝文件。
2. Lead part sequence Setting and line balancing support for more area/line.主持多條生產線的工序的順序設定。
3. Supplier selection and vendor management for jigs and tooling.夾具、工具供應商選擇及管理。
4. Feasibility of all designs to suit manufacturing build requirements.確保設計滿足所有生產的要求。
5. Planning, developing and implementation of all tooling and jigs and fixtures, for new model introduction and model year changes.進行新車及年型車涉及到的所有的工具、夾具等設計、開發及驗證工作。
6. Lead and coach engineer slove launch issue。主導且指導工程師能夠解決投產過程中的問題。
7. 領導某個區域的工藝規劃及布局的研究。

1. Educated to Degree level in an engineering discipline工科學士學位
2. More than three years experience of automotive manufacturing and T
