Main Responsibilities
This position is to take the responsibility of production management. This position will focus on:
61 Initiate regular maintenance plan for machines base on request.
61 Establish critical machines emergency recovery plan (ERP).
61 Establish machine preventive maintenance system via monitoring actual machine status, preferred by via AI solution.
61 Deal with unexpected machine problems within short time period (Trouble shooting), and guarantee machine running smoothly.
61 Spare parts management include consumption and replenishment of spare parts.
61 Upgrade machine technology and continuously improve machine efficiency (CIP).
