Position Summary職責概要：
· Production Management
生產運營管理
a. Develop annual/quarterly strategic objectives and make them into actionable production plans to ensure industry-leading performance in capacity, delivery cycles, yield rates, and other core metrics.
制定年度/季度戰略目標并分解為可執行生產計劃，確保產能、交付周期、良品率等核心指標保持行業領先水平
b. Leading production process optimization, implement Lean Manufacturing, and other tools to reduce non-value-added waste and improve efficiency by ≥20%.
主導生產工藝優化，推進精益生產等先進方法實施，降低非增值浪費，實現生產效率提升≥20%
c. Monitor real-time production data (output, Takt Time, OEE, etc.), establish early warning systems, and resolve exceptions promptly
實時監控生產數據（產量、節拍時間、設備綜合效率OEE等），建立異常預警機制并快速響應
· Quality Control
質量管理
a. Implement a workshop-level Total Quality Management (TQM) system to ensure compliance with customer specifications and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
實施車間級全面質量管理體系（TQM），確保符合客戶技術規范及ISO9001/IATF16949等國際標準
b. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical quality incidents, drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and maintain customer complaint rates ≤0.5%.
主導重大質量事故根本原因分析（RCA），推動糾正預防措施（CAPA）落地，維持客訴率≤0.5%
c. Promoting proactive quality in daily operations.
推行預防性質量管理理念在日常作業中的深度滲透
d. Collaborate with Quality teams to enhance quality management systems.
協同質量部門完善質量管理體系
