Objectives of the Position
61 As key contact window to support regional key account managers to coordinate relevant internal/external commercial activities including planning, forecasting, price and profit management, contract management etc.
61As Liaison to implement the Chinese OEM strategy from Global to Countries.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
61 Lead the interface to Chinese OEM Paint, Engineering and Purchasing for commercial topics concerning all Chinese OEM plants.
61 Fulfill the role of an accepted and value-added contact person for all commercial issues of regional scope and establish an excellent customer relationship at brand level.
61 Coordinate the preparation, execution and follow-up of bids in close cooperation with Regional Key Account Managers.
Develop strategic options, evaluate them and internally align their execution.
Hand-over results to local account team and technical community after completion of global/regional bids. Share and document learnings.
Benchmark commercial processes with support of global commercial team and implement them on a country level.
61 Develop, implement and monitor regional Chinese OEM strategy.
Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the global Chinese OEM strategy under the pricing /compliance rules and regulations.
61 Support Global and Regional commercial team, steer country level commercial activities and refine business models.
Set standards for commercial data/information exchange and filing so as to contribute to global business transparency. Guide local accounts with regards to global commercial activities.
61 Disciplinary and functional leadership
61Managing all legal documents including contracts, nomination letters, purchasing orders and so on, between BSC and all related customers with the supporting of local legal partners for business steering purposes.
61 Managing and archive management for all internal approval process based on relevant business needs.
61 Coordinate all activities initialized by local/regional controlling and marketing selectively and creatively.
Job Requirements
61 Education: Bachelor in business or equivalent
61Working Experience: at least 3 years relevant business experience, preferable in the Automotive and/ or Chemical industry including a solid negotiation experience
