職位描述：
You will be part of AI for productivity organization that is pioneering tools infrastructure to improve the developer productivity workflows for Autonomous Driving Center inside Xpeng Motors. We are data driven, customer focused and results oriented organization. Our goal is to improve the efficiency of developer workflows and processes to help speed up the productization of best in class autonomy solution for mobility.
What You’ll Do:
- You will be the point of contact of AI toolsinfra structure team in HQ.
- Be a voice and advocate of customers.
- Participate in team software processes, including: requirement and design doc creation, implementation of code review, and deployment
- Support daily operations and triage/resolve the issues.
- Independantly work on a bugfix/feature development.
- You are able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English with China and US teams .
- Work with partner teams and stakeholders to mutually resolve issues in timely manner.
What would be nice to have:
? BA/BS, MA/MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent practical experience
? 5 years developing back end services (Python would be nice to have)
? Ability to understand modern C .
? Experience being a fullstack developer.
? Experience developing and maintaining production systems deployed to the cloud and on premise.
? Experience developing RESTful Web Services
? Experience with CI platforms (Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis, etc)
? Expeirence with Kubernetes, Queueing(Rabbit MQ/ Reddis) and load balancing is a huge plus.
? Experience working in fastpaced environment.
? Capability to design and implement complex workflow on cloud and on premise infrastrucutre to provide insights into Software Quality and Release Readiness of features.
? Capability to design and implement tools and infrastructure to improve code quality of XPilot stack (Autonomous Vehicle software stack).
Bonus:
? Experience in working on Autonomous vehicle stack
? Experience Automotive industry.
? Strong experience in designing and implementing highly horizontally-scalable architecture
? Devoping, deploying and monitoring cloud infrastructure is a strong plus (using puppet/chef).
? Experience with AI tool chains, chatbot and agents based orchasrtration.
? Experience with build chain like Bazel
