Key Responsibilities:
* Retail Store Opening Business Support
* Place orders for retail store based on specific demands from business team
(RE, OP, VM, Sales…). Coordinate between adidas cross functions, suppliers, and
customers to solve delivery, missing and damage issues during store
implementation.
* Understand the overall store ordering process, support to optimize process
and enhance ordering system function.
* Cooperate with buyer, store designer, VM and supplier to update master
data, maintain local ordering templates.
* Supervise supplier operating compliance, organize process training.
* Calculate cancelled orders’ gross amount to support business team’s
subsequent decision.
* Calculate recycle amount for store disposal and recycle.
