The candidate will be as Business partner with Finance Manager and business functions of the Engineering and in charge of financial matters. Responsibilities ? Provide financial analysis support to Engineering Team on projects tracking. ? Manage collection from customers, improve working capital. ? Support Business Unit leader in monitoring Orders / Sales performance and expenses. This includes, but not limited to, participating in weekly BU meeting; monitoring actual vs. budget for Business Unit controllable and Marketing Expenses. ? Build communication and information flow between Engineering team and Finance. ? Other finance-related work support. Qualifications ? Degree holder in Finance or Accounting. ? Demonstrable Accounting and Analytical experience over a course of 5 years with clear progression in terms of responsibilities and scope of roles. ? Strong skills in MS Office suite of products and knowledgeable in major accounting/financial applications and systems, SAP experience is preferred. ? Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin. ? Strong analytical skills and business acumen are required. ?
