Daily Outbound Transportation Management * Coordinate with PDCs and forwarders for daily outbound transportation service according to defined schedule and special customer request coordination. * Monitor and tracking of daily transportation status. * Timely feedback the customer request by email or hot line. * Escalate to supervisor timely for an urgent situation. Outbound Transportation Forwarder Management * Coordinate with forwarders for daily parts delivery service. * Evaluate and communicate the forwarder service performance according contract. * Monitor the forwarder delivery quality. * Discuss and define improvement countermeasures with forwarder. * Lead regularly review meeting with forwarder to solve existing problems and continuous improve delivery service. Dealer Complaint and Transportation Claim Handling * Collect customer complaint and feedback to customer timely after analysis. * Handle the transportation claim per defined claim process. * Communicate the complaint and claim with forwarder or internal departments’ to work out measures for improvement. Report Management, Project Coordinator and Other Tasks * SPM account management of responsible PDC. * Team report / BI report preparation and update, provide instant data analyze and adhoc reports when needed. * Drive continuous improvement on own area of responsibility. * Participate on the projects and perform other tasks which assigned by supervisor from time to time. Qualification: * Bachelor Degree with major in Logistics, supply chain management, transportation management or equivalent. * At least 2 years logistics, transportation or supply chain management experience, preferred in the multi-national company. * Cross-function communication and coordination capability with highly customer oriented mindset. * Familiar with domestic transportation regulation and policies. * Familiar with domestic transportation market including players, transportation routes, costs and outsourcing operation process * Business fluent English – written and spoken; * Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; * Ability to work independently, self-motivated with good team spirit; * Good MS office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data analysis skills
